Suzuki GS 150 R:

Suzuki launched another stunning bike GS 150 R in 150cc segment to target the executive segment (150cc) motorcycle buyers with its stylish and sporty look. Yamaha has already stormed the 150cc segment motorcycle market of India with the launch of YZF R15 and FZ16 , and now the launch of GS 150 R by Suzuki this segment is expected to create similar impact in the 150cc segment motorcycle market in India.

GS 150 R has a 149.5cc, air-cooled, SOHC engine with a 6 speed gearbox (1-down, 5-up) which produces 13.8 bhp power at 8,500 rpm and 13.4 Nm torque at 6 000 rpm. This new bike is equipped with the engine balancer technology which reduces the vibration generated from inside the engine and delivers more comfortable riding experience. The 5 spokes alloy black wheels, with a bikini fairing, wolf-eyed headlamps and pilot lamps mounted on both side give nice looks.

The 150cc segment motorcycle market has already captured by the Bajaj and Yamaha but Suzuki is trying to get into the competition with the launching of its new bike GS 150 R in the market in the range of 150cc. The price of this new bike, Suzuki GS 150 R is Rs. 59,000 (Ex Showroom Delhi) which is looking a competitive price for the 150cc bike.
